    The filter press is a type of mechanical equipment widely used in wastewater treatment, industrial production, and mineral processing. Among its components, the filter plate plays a crucial role. Selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes is essential to ensure the normal operation and service life of the filter press.

    Since 2015, China's environmental policies have provided significant opportunities for the development of the filter press industry, leading to the creation of the world's largest production capacity. owever, as project construction has become increasingly saturated and the market has cooled down, competition in the filter press industry has intensified. To enhance competitiveness, XUDA has diligently studied European filter plate manufacturing techniques and continuously improved product quality.

    Recently, XUDA successfully delivered two sets of custom filter plates for a customer using the Dimei ME1500 filter press, which have been well received. These filter plates can operate at temperatures exceeding 90°C, with a filtration pressure of 10 bar and a squeezing pressure of 15 bar. The membrane plates are equipped with detachable EPDM membranes, which offer better flexibility and pressing performance compared to PP membranes, along with lower operating costs.
